Processing Times

 

Clothing + Accessories:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays kick off on the next business day.

Digital products:

Delivered instantly right to the email you used at checkout. If it ain’t in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam folder or holler at us.

Custom Orders:

Custom pieces are where the magic happens. If it’s personalized, made-to-order, or specially sourced just for you—consider it a custom order.

Processing Time

Custom orders take a little extra time, just like perfecting the right rodeo outfit. We’ll give you an estimated timeline when you order, but completion may vary depending on materials and design requirements.

Payment

Custom orders must be paid in full upfront. We don’t start creating your piece until payment hits—no exceptions.

Changes

You may request small changes before production begins. Once we start creating your item, changes are no longer possible. After that point, the train has left the station.

Shipping

Custom orders ship as soon as they’re finished and follow our standard shipping options. Once it heads out, it’s on the same trail as every other order.

Final Sale

All custom orders are final sale. Because these items are made uniquely for you, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production starts.

Damaged or Incorrect Custom Items

If your custom piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at graceinchaosboutique@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll take a look and make it right.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and choice of mail service.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Your delivery timeline starts once we’ve processed your order.

 

Tracking Your Order: Once your goodies ship, you’ll get an email with tracking info.

Give it 24–48 hours to update — sometimes the carriers move slower than a Sunday cowboy.

 

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes (standard shipping).

Digital Product Delivery

Digital items (guides, templates, downloads) are sent electronically.

No physical product will be shipped.

All digital items are final sale and non-refundable.


Shipping Delays

We’re not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier hiccups
  • Holiday volume
  • Incorrect addresses at checkout

(But we’ll always help where we can!)

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but nowhere to be found, please contact the carrier directly.

We cannot replace or refund items that show as delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
