• Orders & Payments: All orders must be paid in full. Grace in Chaos Boutique can cancel orders for suspected fraud, inventory issues, or errors.
• Products & Custom Orders: Product colors and sizing may vary slightly. Custom orders are made just for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production begins.
• Digital Products: All digital items are final sale and delivered electronically. No refunds.
• Shipping & Delivery: Shipping follows our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.
• Returns & Refunds: See our Return Policy. Clothing may be eligible for returns; digital products are non-refundable.
• Liability: We are not liable for misuse of products, shipping issues, or website interruptions.
• Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our site means you accept the new terms.
